How does a mobile coffee cart work?
You book with us, we setup at your event, supply your guests with great coffee, and the rest is history!
At this time, Bro Dude Coffee is booking pre-pay events. This is where you book our service by paying ahead for your guests.
If you are interested in booking us for a public pop up event (guests pay their own way), please still fill out our form and specify in the extra info section. Booking fee will be applied.
Are you fully insured and licensed?
Yes and yes!
Do you offer decaf?
No, sorry, not at this time! We do however have a non-coffee option for those guests who might want something different.
Where are you located?
North Texas, but we are open to DFW + other parts of our great state of TX.
What type of events do you serve?
Wherever you are in the DFW area — consider us there! We serve weddings, corporate events, office parties, birthday parties, you name it.
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is based on guest count, location, and time. For event locations that exceed 10 miles, there will be a travel fee. Please see our contact page to get a customized quote based on your event!
Do you serve outdoor and indoor events?
Yes! As long as it’s not raining, of course. It is the client’s responsibility to have a secondary plan in place for inclement weather.
How far in advance can I book?
The sooner you can let us know your date, the better!
Two weeks in advance is preferred, but please still reach out to us to see if we are available for your date. We would love to serve you.
Do you serve alcohol?
Not at this time. We are sticking to what we know: great coffee.
